Training at the beach is always a fun idea but when’s the last time you thought about using the sand as resistance?! Use this bodyweight routine to get your full body fitness on.

1. Kneeling Squat Jump to Broad Jump 
2. Inchworm Pushups 
3. Crab Hold Hamstring Curls 
4. Wide to Narrow Climbers
5. Plank Flyes

Do each move for 60 seconds in a circuit, rest 45 sec at the end of each round and then repeat 3x.
