FITNESS: POOLSIDE CORE

In the past, going away on vacation typically meant taking a break from training and letting loose by consuming anything & everything in sight. It’s been years since I’ve felt the need to do this because I’ve gotten better at creating a healthier balance on my travels. The trick is to do less than you would normally – I find it’s easier to commit to a quick 30 minute full-body workout or a 15-20min ab circuit (2-3x per week away) than it is to commit to hour long workouts daily. I find this keeps me consistent and motivated during my travels. So remember to cut yourself some slack and do less so that you can gain more!
