This is the time of year when most people start to throw in the towel and lose all motivation. I’m all for celebrating the holidays & consuming all the gingerbread cookies I can fit in one mouthful but that doesn’t mean I’ve fallen off my training routine. In fact, this is the time of year when the work flow starts to slow down and I have zero excuses to not go to the gym. This is the time when I ramp up my workouts rather than waiting for Jan. 1 (or in most people’s cases, Jan 2).
