FITNESS: HANGING LEG RAISES

This week has been a bit insane. We booked a trip to Paris and have been scrambling to get all the details organized. It’s been tough to schedule in clients appointments, attend events, work on current social media projects and make time to hit the gym. Because of this, I’ve been working out first thing in the morning. As much as I’d love to sleep in that extra hour, getting it done first thing in the am eliminates the temptation to skip your workout when the ‘to-do list’ starts to pile up.

I’ve been fortunate enough to learn from my clients who are all highly successful individuals. No matter how busy they are, they always schedule in their training sessions ahead of time and they typically train early in the day. It’s important for me to be in a good place with my fitness and diet before taking any vacation. I find that when I’m at a good starting point, I’m more likely to be okay with indulging and enjoying my trip to the fullest.

But before I take off and eat every cheese board and baguette under the sun, I just wanted to share a quick but deadly ab routine I performed earlier this week.

Ab Circuit:

1. Hanging Leg Raises w Med Ball – 8x

2. Side To Side Leg Raises w Med Ball – 4x per side

3. Hanging Leg Raises Med Ball Slams – 8x

Repeat 3x
