Health: 3 Ways to Boost Your Immune System

You’ve cleaned up your diet recently, you’re motivated, you’ve been hitting the gym consistently and then all of a sudden you get a cold or the flu and your progress becomes stalled. Sound familiar? This is way more common than you think and part of the reason this happens is because new changes can demand more from your immune system. Here are 3 ways to boost your immune system!

1. Cut back on sugar – Sugar is known to lead to low grade inflammation in the body. Inflammation is often the root to many health problems so it’s always a good idea to cut back where you can.
