This morning I received not 1, but 2 unsolicited hugs from Oliver. Being a Dad is great.

Saturday Sweat

It's amazing what a difference a few degrees cooler makes when you're working out. I had a wicked session today and the weather was in that sweet spot of not too hot and not too cold.

Here's what I cooked up today:

1. Suspended Rope Plank Punches - 5x per side

2. Deadlift to Rows - 10x of each

3. Goblet Split Squat - 12x of each

4. Inverted Underhand Rows - 15-20x

Rest 45-90 sec between sets 5 sets of each, try to add or weight or add reps after each set.

Oliver and I on a food tour. We started at Cote De Boeuf for their homemade style sandwiches, then headed to Badiali's for pizza + Gelato (sadly it was closed) but opted for ice cream at Bang Bang instead. Is it just me, or is this what summer is all about?

When it comes to sun protection, we don't play around. @BlueLizardsunscreen is mineral-based and doesn't destroy our worlds diminishing coral reefs. Best of all, it offers the ultimate UV protection.

I use their "Face" sunscreen, which contains hyaluronic acid (super hydration), Oliver love their "Baby" Sunscreen because it's easy to apply and doesn't irritate his delicate skin.
