One minute it's sunny, the next it's pouring, that's Spring weather for you.

We might be experiencing another lockdown again but don't let yourself be mentally locked down. This is an opportunity to find beauty in those everyday moments.

It’s no secret that, over this past year, more and more people have started working out from home and, as many of you have experienced, it's been really difficult to source reasonably priced equipment. Thankfully, I've partnered with @GoZone.fitness.canada to share my top 4 fitness equipment picks that you can add to your space, available exclusively @walmartcanada.

Here are my top 4 picks and why:

1. Aerobic Step - Very versatile for a variety of movements like lunges, squats, and pushups. The adjustable incline is a great way to up the difficulty of any movement.
2. Dumbbells - Dumbbells are an essential workout piece. The trick is to choose a weight that is challenging for both upper body and lower body movements.
3. Fitness Mat - Another essential piece. Having the right cushion will save your elbows, back, and knees from injury.
4. Battle Ropes - A great alternative to large, cumbersome cardio equipment. Use them to warm up, as a finisher, or for interval training.
